Scrap Metal Drive at Zion Church
A huge thank you to everyone in our community who donated their scrap metal to our Scrap Metal Drive! The day was a tremendous success, and we couldn’t have done it without you.
Your generosity helps care for and clean up our Earth, and it supports our ministries and helps get us back and running after the church fellowship hall flooded (twice!). The fellowship hall is where we host Martha’s Kitchen and Repair Cafe, and it is host to many other community organizations and events. The flood repairs are underway, and we hope to welcome everyone into the space in a few months.
The grand totals from all the donations are still being calculated, and it is not too late to deliver your scrap metal directly to Metalico and put the funds on the Zion Church, Avon account. Thank you again for all your support and check back soon for the grand total!
